These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Vet Setu, the online test-series platform available at vetsetu.com (the “Service”). By creating an account, enrolling in a test series or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Vet Setu provides computer-based (CBT) mock tests and practice test series for veterinary competitive examinations such as State Veterinary Officer and ICAR PG. The Service is a practice and self-assessment tool. Vet Setu is not affiliated with any examination body, and we do not guarantee any particular result, rank or selection in any examination.
2. Your account
- You register and log in using your own mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). Each person may hold only one account.
- You must give accurate profile information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account. Never share your OTP or your account with anyone.
3. Single-device access
For security and to prevent account sharing, an account can be signed in on only one device at a time. Logging in on a new device automatically signs out the previous device. If a test is in progress, your saved answers are kept and you can resume from the new device while the test time remains.
4. Enrollment, access and validity
- Enrolling in a paid test series gives you personal, non-transferable access to the tests in that series.
- Tests in a series are released on a schedule. The number of tests advertised for a series is the number planned for release before the exam.
- Each test series is valid until the end of the exam series it is made for. The “valid till” date is shown on the package page before you pay. After that date, the series and its tests can no longer be accessed.
- Free demo tests are available to any registered student at no cost.
5. Tests and attempts
- Each test can be attempted only once, just like the real examination. Once submitted (or auto-submitted when time runs out), a test cannot be re-attempted.
- Questions and options are shuffled for every student. Marking, negative marking and duration are shown before you start each test.
- Your progress is saved automatically. If your internet connection drops, you can resume the test; for timed tests the timer may continue to run according to the test’s rules.
- Ranks are calculated among Vet Setu students who attempted the same test and are indicative only.
6. Content and intellectual property
All questions, options, explanations, images and other content on the Service belong to Vet Setu or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Your access is for your personal, non-commercial preparation only. You must not:
- copy, record, screenshot, photograph, download, print, reproduce or distribute any questions or explanations;
- share your account, sell access or let anyone else take tests on your behalf;
- use bots, scripts or tools to access, scrape or interfere with the Service, or attempt to bypass its security or copy-protection.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund, and take legal action where appropriate.
7. Prices and payments
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on each package page. Any “MRP” shown is the regular price before discount.
- Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (such as Razorpay or PhonePe). Access is activated automatically after a successful payment and a receipt is sent to your email address.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Accuracy of content
We take great care to make every question and explanation accurate. If you believe an answer is incorrect, please let us know through the contact page — we review every report and correct errors promptly. Content is provided for practice and should be used alongside standard textbooks and official syllabi.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, change features or reschedule tests when necessary, and will try to give notice of significant changes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vet Setu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, including examination outcomes. Our total liability for any claim relating to a test series is limited to the amount you paid for that test series.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or block an account that breaches these Terms, misuses the Service or is used fraudulently. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us; failing that, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
