This Refund Policy applies to all test series purchased on Vet Setu (vetsetu.com). Our test series are digital products that are activated instantly after payment, so please read this policy before you enroll. You can try the free demo test first to see exactly how the platform works.
1. When a refund is possible
- You may request a refund for a test series only if you have not attempted any test in that series. Once you start or attempt any test in the package, the purchase is final and no refund can be given.
- Refund requests must be made before the validity (“valid till”) date of the test series.
- Approved refunds are made for the amount you paid for that test series.
2. When a refund is not possible
- Any test in the package has been started or attempted.
- The test series has expired at the end of its exam series.
- The account has been suspended for breaking our Terms of Use (for example, account sharing or copying content).
- A change of mind after attempting a test, dissatisfaction with your own score, or a change in your exam plans after attempting a test.
3. Duplicate or failed payments
If money was debited from your account but the payment failed, or you were charged more than once for the same test series, the extra or failed amount is always refunded in full. Such refunds are processed to the original payment source (card, UPI or bank account) within 5–7 working days of confirmation. Many failed payments are reversed automatically by your bank or the payment gateway even sooner.
4. How to request a refund
- Please write to us through our contact page.
- Share the mobile number registered with Vet Setu, your order number (from “My Orders”) and the reason for the request. For payment issues, include the transaction or UTR reference if available.
- We will review your request and reply, usually within 2 working days.
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 5–7 working days. The exact time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. When a refund is approved, access to that test series is withdrawn.
5. Changes by Vet Setu
If Vet Setu discontinues a test series before releasing the tests that were advertised for it, you may contact us for a fair resolution, which may include a proportionate refund or access to an equivalent test series.
6. Payment partners
Payments are processed by our payment partners (such as Razorpay or PhonePe). Refunds are initiated through the same partner and follow their settlement timelines.
